Budget in RMB
A family budget should show recurring living costs, university charges and one-time arrival costs separately. Unknown values should remain unknown until the university confirms them.
Build a monthly estimate
Start with accommodation, meals, local transport, communication and personal spending. City, room type and personal routine change the result, so use your own assumptions below rather than treating a generic figure as a quote.
Plan the first year separately
First-year planning combines tuition, annual living costs, insurance or mandatory university charges and one-time arrival costs. Keep refundable deposits on a separate line. Do not subtract a scholarship unless it has been awarded and its coverage is confirmed.
Ask what is included
For each university option, ask whether accommodation is separate, which charges are annual, what payment dates apply and whether a listed cost has a current source date.

Enter only amounts you know. Blank items stay unknown; this planner never treats an unknown amount as zero or assumes a scholarship is awarded.
